Delegation of Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod – National Research University took part in the 9-th International Conference and Exhibition QS-APPLE. The event was held from October 30th to November 1st in Seoul (Republic of South Korea).

Representatives of nearly 200 educational institutions from more than 40 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and North America attended the Exhibition and Conference.

The activities of the Conference included the campus tour, plenary sessions, and parallel sessions on building world-class universities in the Asia-Pacific region, partnerships and cooperation in the global educational space, and competitiveness enhancement and promotion of higher education institutions in the world rankings.

On the final day of the Conference, an award ceremony was held for the universities participating in the QS Stars project. The achievements of UNN were highly appraised and the delegation of our University was awarded a certificate on assignment of "3 Stars" ranking by QS. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod is the third university in Russia to be awarded this status.
