Head of the Department of Science of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) in Moscow, Mr. Abtahi Beyhruz visited N.I.Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod. During his meetings with UNN representativeshe discussed the development of Iranian studies program and Farsi language programs in UNN, the establishment of cooperation with leading universities in Iran, attracting Iranian students and PhDs to study in Russia, strengthening of economic cooperation between Iran and the Nizhny Novgorod region. The meeting was also attended by Chairman of the "Congress of the Iranian peoples' and the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
